1. LAKSA SARAWAK
 
 
 
 
Laksa Sarawak comes from the town of Kuching in the Malaysian state Sarawak, on the island of Borneo. It consists of a vermicelli rice noodles (bihun) cooked on shrimp-based broth made from sambal belacan, sour tamarind, garlic, galangal, lemongrass and thickened with coconut milk. The dish is served with a general amount of bean sprouts (taugeh), prawns, omelette strips and shredded chicken.

2. MANOK PANSUH or AYAM PANSOH
 
 
 
Manokpansoh, an Iban dish, is unique in the sense that its ingredients are cooked in a bamboo. In addition to the unique and delicious taste, manokpansuh is a healthy meal as no oil and rich in herbs that are highly nutritious for the body. Cut chicken pieces, lemongrass and tapioca leaves are stuffed into bamboo before it is cooked over an open fire. This cooking method seals in the flavor, which results in juicy and tender chicken with gravy perfumed by lemongrass and bamboo.
 
 
3. KOLOK NOODLES or MEE KOLOK
 
 
 
 For those who have recently tasted this noodle, of course, you feel that it is special and delicious as the use of mi yee / yeemee and blended with sliced meat or poultry is always appetizing. The soup is served as a broth for this noodles.
 
4. MEE DAWAI
 
 
 
The uniqueness of the Mee Dawai is that it is not the same as the other noodles because it feels crispy and harder makes many people wanting to try it. If you have the chance to go to Sarawak do not miss your chance to try this.
 
 
5. UMAI
 
 
Umai is a meal for the Melanau tribe in Serawak. Umai is a kind of fish that is cleaned and cut into small pieces and squeezed with ilmau, chili and onion, if you are a sour food enthusiast this is the answer to you. Umai fish and shrimp umai are commonly found. But when umai cooled in the fridge it tastes good.
 
6. KEK LAPIS SARAWAK
 
 
 
Sarawak has a layer cake that is easily accessible at any shop or market. The cakes are not only suitable for festive ceremonies but also delicious when taken with family. Cozy cakes have many patterns and colors.
